Please note that, in some cases and if deemed necessary, individuals proposed for this work may be interviewed, to determine suitability, prior to the awarding of any contract. Also, please note that individuals not listed may not be considered to work on the contract and that contracts cannot be assigned without express written approval from the local CBDC and the entrepreneur.
• Details on the qualifications of the firm, including previous experience in similar-type work must be provided as part of the proposal.
• Names, addresses, and telephone of at least four clients who may be contacted for references and who can provide references on the work of a similar nature for which you have provided services.
